As this happens, a smaller number of big companies have more leverage over prices. As local businesses are displaced, deep-pocketed investors swoop in and buy up the land, developing businesses that extract rather than inject wealth into the neighborhood. Our goal is to help neighborhoods retain more of the money they make, and the money spent in the neighborhood goes directly towards improving it.
We’re starting small, but our ambitions are big. As we grow, we want to attract other engineers, researchers, and founders who align with our beliefs, providing the space and support to turn their visions into reality while collaborating alongside their peers.
